10 Commitments
As an official 150 Table, you are part of something very special. There are many ways to set a table, but we ask for your commitment to these simple, but highly intentional rules to setting your table and cultivating a culture of real connection and belonging.

Set your table between May and November 2026.

Invite a true cross-section of your community to help organize, as well as attend as guests.
Especially remember to invite those who might normally be overlooked.

No round tables please! Set one long table, or if needed, multiple long tables side by side.

For conversation topics, use the questions we provide in the kit.

Implement the two rules of the table: no job talk and be your real self.

No sales pitches or asks.

As much as possible, do not charge for tickets, but definitely ask for a donation.
A little skin in the game makes it more meaningful.

Ensure your table gathering is fully accessible – physically as well as other accommodations that might be needed.

Display your official 150 Tables welcome board at your table.

Invite your guests to keep setting tables, at work, in their neighborhood or anywhere else. Our hope is your table multiplies and leads to many more tables throughout your community for years to come. This is not a one-time event, but a launch for many more future tables!
