Thank you for setting a table as part of 150 Tables Across Colorado!
By registering as an Organizer and participating in this campaign, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Independent Organizer Role
Organizers participate in 150 Tables Across Colorado as independent hosts of their own gatherings. Longer Tables provides inspiration, guidance, and optional resources only and does not organize, manage, or supervise individual events. Each Organizer is solely responsible for planning and hosting their gathering.

Responsibility for Your Gathering
As an Organizer, you agree to take reasonable steps to ensure your gathering is welcoming and respectful, as safe as reasonably possible for participants, and compliant with applicable local laws and regulations. You are responsible for all aspects of your event, including venue selection and setup, guests and volunteers, any needed permits, food and beverage service, event logistics and operations, and guest safety and conduct.

Assumption of Risk
By organizing and hosting a gathering, you acknowledge that events involving people, food, and shared spaces carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume responsibility for all risks associated with your gathering, including but not limited to personal injury or illness, property damage, guest conduct, food-related issues or allergies, and volunteer actions.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Longer Tables, its staff, volunteers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to your gathering.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longer Tables from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your gathering, the actions of participants, volunteers, or partners, and any content shared in connection with your event.

Food Safety & Alcohol
Organizers are solely responsible for any food or beverages served at their gathering. If food or alcohol is provided, you agree to take reasonable steps to ensure safe food preparation and handling, consider dietary needs and allergies where possible, comply with all applicable laws, and ensure alcohol is served responsibly and only to individuals of legal drinking age. Longer Tables does not provide or oversee food or beverage service.

Commitment to the Campaign
Organizers are expected to participate in alignment with the spirit of the campaign. By participating, you agree to follow the Organizer materials and Ten Commitments to the best of your ability, helping create spaces of belonging, connection, and meaningful conversation.

Photo, Video & Story Use
By participating, you grant Longer Tables permission to use photos, videos, stories, or other media from your gathering for purposes including storytelling, promotion, education, impact reporting, and public communication. You are responsible for obtaining permission from individuals appearing in any media you submit. If minors are included, you agree to obtain appropriate parent or guardian consent.

Use of Name & Community
You grant Longer Tables permission to use your first and last name and your city or community name in connection with campaign communications, storytelling, and promotional materials.

Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Longer Tables, including guides, toolkits, conversation formats, and campaign resources, remain the intellectual property of Longer Tables. These materials are provided for use within the 150 Tables campaign, may be shared only with your immediate planning team, and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside the campaign without permission

No Employment or Partnership Relationship
Participation in the campaign does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Longer Tables.

No Refunds
No refunds may be issued for any reason. Upon registration, fees are final and non-returnable.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering as an Organizer or participating in the 150 Tables Across Colorado campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
